I am seriously loving the new various style directions that hip hop videos are taking, and the new direction in the genre as a whole. It seems to be adopting an 80s/90s style with a 2009 twist which I think works really well, but I digress. Its funny how much of an effect Kanye can have on the genre as a whole, do you think all these videos would have come about had Kanye not stormed on when Justice and So-Me beat him to an MTV award and then got him to direct the Good Life video?
